I started doing pull-ups last week. I’m also doing daily pushups and crunches. As soon as it starts to hurt, I stop. The same goes for the treadmill and rowing machine. I intend to work out minimally, and prove that 6-pack abs can be achieved by having the proper ratio of protein to fat as you lose weight and will become visible when I get to 8% body fat.
